Romancing the Stones

Jewelry designers use different materials for inspiration. For me, the simple, beauty of semiprecious natural stones is like the siren's song. I just can't resist that beautiful melody.

And, following the sound of their music, they speak the design into being. They speak by feel, by shape, by texture, by color and by sparkle. The stones use me to create the design.

They confirm to me that this is what I was born to do. I was born to romance the stones.
